I like the layout, but I'm not crazy about the font used to list the number of available breeds and books. If it's being used for a half-page ad or larger, it's probably OK, but for a smaller ad, it is going to be hard for some people to read. I would use a similar font, but make the letters more square instead of being stretched out horizontally. If that makes sense.

Perhaps a trifle more margin around the edges. You are crowding the margins a bit around the top. Otherwise it looks OK to me.
