Poultry Processing In S Tier of NY

I've done some searching and the only post I'm finding are over 10 years old so I'm going to throw this out there.

I live in the Elmira/Corning area of the S Tier of NY and will be raising Turkey starting in a couple months. I've processed my own Quail but I'm not sure I'm up to turkey. Does anyone know of a poultry processor in this area? I found one on a google search in Dundee but I'd like to be a little closer to the Elmira area if I can. Any info is appreciated.

I suggest you call your county extension office. If there is one nearby they should know about it.
