Ah... that's the bacon.
I'm still using up the jowl bacon I had bought a couple weeks ago. I sort of julienned the slices so they would be more than just little pieces of bacon. More like a short piece of pasta. I'm with you now

Last night was homemade cheese burgers with steak cut fries that I deep fried.

Apparently we are having spaghetti. Church had a potluck and we couldn't go because DH is sick, so someone brought us leftovers. So, spaghetti it is, with salad and homemade bread from the pastor's wife. How sweet is that?
