Whatcha Making for Supper?

I'm getting a little antsy thinking about whether flipping it onto a plate and back again to get it out of the pan will work 🤔
 
It took a little on the fly cooking, but I was VERY impressed with the outcome.

Not overly bacony at all. Except for the grease. Which was part of the figuring out how to finish it off.
