Poultry processor in Texas?

I'm located in Tyler Texas and I can't find any processors in my area! Does anyone know of any in the eastern Texas area?

I know there was one in Campbell, I can't recall the name of the farm, but they sell pastured meats. I contacted them a couple of years ago. I only had about 30 birds to do, and they required a 75 bird minium.
