Just curious! We did our first at 12 weeks but haven’t tried the meat yet. The othet group is about 10 weeks. Just trying to find the sweet spot. Do you get much meat at 10 weeks? For one person meal its perfect and tender even the breast meat. I just processed 18 birds today two fit in a storage bag so thats about a meal for one sometime two most of these where 10 weeks old first was 17 weeks but he had an injury for weeks so processed him out of 7 olive eggers only 1 was a pullet so that was a bummer lolJust curious!
