7 weeks old this is just some I did cull one yesterday as it was extremely skinny and had penduolous crop it was a mottled/laced one

Im not processing them a family member is for their freezer the oldest in this pen is 17 weeks rest are 13/14 weeks. I process mine at 8-10 weeks which i have about 10 to do

Just curious! We did our first at 12 weeks but haven’t tried the meat yet. The othet group is about 10 weeks. Just trying to find the sweet spot. Do you get much meat at 10 weeks? (You can DM me if you don’t want to clog here.) Thanks!

For one person meal its perfect and tender even the breast meat. I just processed 18 birds today two fit in a storage bag so thats about a meal for one sometime two most of these where 10 weeks old first was 17 weeks but he had an injury for weeks so processed him out of 7 olive eggers only 1 was a pullet so that was a bummer lol
