No, they still have a chance at hatching.

I've had 12 hour outages and still had a good hatch rate, albeit a day late. Your eggs should be totally fine.

So I have a bator full of eggs, they are only at 3 days incubation, my power is out and temp is down in the 70's, will these be okay? I covered the bator with a blanket to try and hold in the heat.
