Power Outage for 44 Hours

Well, here it is the 14th and still nothing. I am so sad. I will keep them in 2 more days then out they go. Should I float test them?

I float tested and a little bit sticks above the water but there is no movement. What does this mean?

Can anyone tell me if there may be any life in these eggs? When I floated them a little bit sticks out of the water. None sink and none float high out of the water. They were supposed to hatch on the 10th but I went without power for 44 hours from a storm. The eggs got down to 61.9 degrees.
