Prairie Bluebell

I have a young Bluebell. All she wants to do is lay down. Is this the norm with this breed ? She could careless if she was outside with the rest.
She is a strange little bird ! There is nothing wrong with her legs. I just think she is lazy Anyone else have this breed that does that ?

I seriously doubt it's the breed.
Is she eating/drinking/pooping ok?
