My daughter, Zoe, is seven.


She's sweet and wonderfully funny at the same time and in new situations very shy.


She's sitting here wondering why she sees her name and why I am talking about her? She's instructing me to talk about Ava...her 3 yr. old sister.

now she's telling me to put a P here. ha ha.

and how are your aches and pains fishermama? any relief?

i have something going on...in my left side neck shoulder area...i have such headaches these days...last night i was nearly in tears. I've never had headaches in all my days...and my arms go tingley too...guess I'll go to the chiro today and for a while...see if i get any remedy...taking advil did not relieve the headache.

so i'm trying to pretend it doesn't exist...it's not working.

sounds like me G... tingly.. I have a numb thumb too.
Constant. Thumb has been numb for almost 2 months now.

could be muscle spasm... man ways to treat it.

You can try heat or ice on your neck. Alternate them too.
do whichever feels best.

That's weird, I was having the tingly and numb thing too, in my left arm, and it was so annoying, finally went away after couple months.

Mine is from 2 bulging disks. Who KNOWS when it will go away. I took 2 vicatins tonight.. could not stand the arm pain any longer. No pain now.. just light headed! wooowweeeee!

I see a neurosurgeon in April.

maybe we are all getting old? I will be 42 on Sunday. Time to go to pasture I guess.

waaaaaa. i'm 35. fine...i'll go the pasture with ya.... shuffles her feet and hangs her head and walks gingerly thatta way.


spagetti was good and vicodin is not so bad either...as long as it makes the pain subside and bearable.


ok...well, i did a hot bath and i saw the chiro today...she shook her head at me...said i have to come in more than once a month...like once a week but now cuz of my pain...2x a week. sigh. and since my insurance doesn't cover chiro...she's doing it out of the goodness of her heart. Isn't that such a blessing?

and then....speaking of blessings....

I had this incredible hospital bill from the last time I had to go for my herniated disc in my lower back back in November for mri's and such. When I called them a few days ago, they were like, huh, wonder why we didn't send this to your insurance? Ok, you owe $23 dollars now....geez, that's a WHOLE lot better than $700. I was gonna cry. I was a wee bit concerned about that bill. Ok, i was freakin out on that bill.

Now I can go see my dr. again without them threatening I can't because of an unpaid balance and on it's way to collections... geesh.

Good night ladies. Hope we all get some comfortable rest tonight.
