Words just can't do much right now, I'm not close enough to hold you, I can pray for you, I'd love to do more but don't know how. I've lost so many family members and it hurts for the rest of your life. You did what you could, you didn't fail her in any way, what happened was out of your control. No matter how often we tell ourselves this we just can't quite convince ourselves that we didn't do anything wrong and that it wasn't our fault.
