Prayers for FleenorFarmMom *Update OP*

Hi Guys! Not sure if this is where this goes but my mom aka FleenorFarmMom on here is having an emergency surgery as I type (Sunday 4:30ish) to remove her appendix. She woke up very sick and with a high fever this morning my dad took her to the emergency room and 4 hours later they decided to look at her.

She could certainly use some prayers and well wishes!

UPDATE


Mom's surgery went very well, we went and saw her late lastnight and she was doing fine. Her BP was very low and they were concerned about that but are expecting her to come home today. Her temperature was already down to 97 from 104 also.

I'll update again when I know more but sounds like she might be back to BYC before we know it!

My 24 year old daughter just had the same thing happen last month. She did fine, scary as it is.

Dear Heavenly Father,
When it seems the very things in life that are there to help us fail...and let us linger in our pain for a seemingly needless amount of time...we come to you on bended knee seeking relief and comfort. We bite our lip and endure it. Our vulnerability made clear to us. The fact that we can't do it ALL on our own and that it's ok to reach out for help from others...is sometimes a hard thing to relinquish when some of us are so stubborn and proud. It's at these very moments we are reminded of the special love showed to us by those in our life who care enough to be there to lend a helping hand...or just merely, to hold our hand and be with us. The pain will cease but the love it shall endure. Thank you for being with us through it all. In Jesus Christ's name we pray. Amen.
