Bashful is home and resting. She's still groggy so I'm keeping her in the kitty carrier. Vet said he thinks he got it all as he went very deep. I'll keep ya'll updated on her progress. Thank you for your thoughts and prayers

On a good note, our new baby, Luna was given a clean bill of health. "Healthy as a horse!" Dr. Suggs was pleasantly surprised that Luna could see as well as she does. He said he's never seen eyes so bad. Not disease, but a birth defect, badly misshapened eyeballs. They had to remove her 3rd eyelid when she was 4 months old because it wasn't closing properly and allowing dirt and debris to get in and cause infections.

It's not stopping her from getting into everything she can!!

Coyote, I hope your kitty heals well, I'll send up my little prayer for her. And good luck with your Luna, we just love our cats don't we? My cats, Luna, Sammi, Kiki and Oliver send their special kitty prayers for her as well.

You know, I didn't really care for cats until Bashful and Butterscotch's mom made her way into my heart. She was about 6months old and the people who owned her just up and left her behind. DH still tells everyone I made him go hungry that night. Night before payday, nothing in the house but a little bit of ham for a sandwich. Cat got it, he didn't, lol

Just wanted to give ya'll an update.

Bashful is feeling much better. In fact she is attempting to remove the framing from around the door so that she can go out. She is to be in the house with the "Collar of Shame" for the next 2 weeks.

I ask for prayers now that the rest of the family survives!!!
