Just had a patient in today, his lower left side of his face, no joke,
looked like the elephant man. The swelling happened over night,
although he had been bothered by the tooth for weeks. Just short
of putting him in the hospital for IV antibiotics.
It doesn't happen alot, but you can become septic.
Go to the ER if you must. Do not pass GO.
