Prayers wanted

Most vets don't do their surgeries until at least lunch time (although 3 pm is a little excessive) so they have time to run the pre-op bloodwork, etc. Is this a regular vet's office or a referral/specialty clinic.

it is a hospital. Dr. Wilson is a specialist in this surgery here in Michigan. The hospital is also a vet/er. This Vet came highly recommended!!!!!!

If it's a specialty clinic then they probably do surgeries all day long and it just depends on where he is in the line-up.

I was able to pick up Bones last night at 8 and the poor baby cried until 11. (and so did I) he is doing ok they put a huge soft cast on then sat or sun it can come off. the staples can be removed in 14 days and the at 45 days we an start water therapy (if needed). He has a long way to go a total of 12 weeks.

Thank you for all the prayers WE needed and need them. I have no children so Bones and Pudge are my boys.

Glad to here about Dr. Wilson!!!! He came with the highest regards! So last night Bones slept all the night. He is acting more like himself this morning. Can't wait for the huge wrap to come off but then I concerned with the staples. He likes to lay with his back legs out behind him that would mean the staples would lay right on them. We will have to see..

Thanks for reading and posting it really does help!!!!!
