I have eggs that shipped, arrived yesterday. Unfortunately due to shipping & bad timing, they won't go into the bator for at least 2 days.

in the meantime, I can tilt them as I've seen recommended for storage
    OR
I could put them in an extra egg turner tray and let it do the work for me...

which would be better? any ideas? these are very special eggs to me.. i want to do whats best of what I have. They are Heritage TURKEY eggs if it makes a difference to anyone.

I would just turn them maybe 3 times a day. The extra "resting" shouldnt hurt
