The problem with pre-built sheds is there's little to no roof overhangs, the best place to put ventilation.
Hoop coops can have run off issues too.

Look for a shed that has some overhang, and real rafters, then maybe the overhangs can be added/extended.

Hoop coop might work if land slopes and drains well.

A big part of movable is HOW you will move it and how far.

I wouldn't be moving it far, maybe a few yards at a time. I would be using a lawnmower tractor thing.

Remember that when moving it it's not just the weight of the structure but the resistance along the ground as well. I would be sticking with a lighter structure since it's a lawn tractor you have for moving it.
