precious house chicken needs your help!!

[Insane poultry mama]

So yesterday when I took her outside to poop, I found a large roundworm in her poop. After looking at Roundworm infection online I am pretty sure this is what we're dealing with. We gave her Ivermectin and some de-worming herbs from my sisters goats. For some reason she doesnt want to drink and she's panting all the time even though she has a fan blowing on her all day and night. This morning she seems a bit worse and sleeps all the time. I can only get her to eat watermelon and Black Oil Sunflower Seeds. I've been syringe feeding her Rooster Booster, Electrolytes, and pumpkin flavored, garlic filled, ACV water. Does any one have Round worm expereance? I just want to thank you all quick for responding and apologize if I seem a bit awkward or impolite. I love my baby very much and I've just been overwhelmed and have never joined a forum before.
