Predator help!!

It sounds like a raccoon perhaps. Where are you located (so we can know what predators are common to your area)? I suggest you post this in the predators section: https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/13/predators-and-pests

I know of two cases where a raccoon was so large that on a live trap it could press the door down without being totally inside, grab the bait, then back out. In that case you can go to a larger trap or place the bait at the far end of the trap. We've found raccoons love tuna fish and cat food. You may also have more than one predator, either two different ones or two of the same kind if it is coming back after eating poison...or it didn't eat enough.

You may also want to post on the predator threads - often when they heard how the birds were killed - they can come up with a predator that did it. They can also tell you how to safeguard your coop. Is it possible for you to run strands of electrified fencing around your coop or run - to welcome anymore predators? So sorry for your many losses
