Predator People in Miami

I am just throwing this out there: most people of South American heritage in USA do not steal livestock. Just like most people from Oklahoma don't marry their cousins, and most Germans aren't neo-Nazis. There are bad apples in every group, but that doesn't mean they are all bad, or even mostly bad.

I don't think any post has said any group is all bad, but I wanted to clarify this nonetheless.

I do whole heartedly agree with the comment that if the economy gets to much worse animal thefts will increase dramatically. There may just be a lot more very hungry and desperate people out there.

* Gotta tell you, Miltonchix, my neighborhood is very mix populated. And a particular immigrant neighbor was flabbergasted when she discovered that we didn't ALL have free medical-- and all the rest!!!! Tried to giue me her HHRS card to use once when I was sick. AND she thought it was "very, very bad" that people that were born here weren't giuen the cards to use FIRST. Kinda funny, because it took me about an hour and a half to give her a very rough idea of how the system worked (using my husbands pay stub to show her the taxes taken) and she was even MORE shocked to find out where the money came from to pay for her visits. I HAVE NO IDEA where she thought it came from before that.

I did NOT mean to single out any ethnic group. Illegals are ANYONE from ANYWHERE who have entered this country ILLEGALLY. I believe every country should be able to control/know who is coming across their borders.
I hate to use a steroetypical cliche, BUT, some of my best friends are Mexican. They are either natural born citizens or came here through the proper channels. I will fight tooth and nail for the rights of those who came here legally,like my family did, but I will also fight to deport those who did not.
(Most people I know from Latin America despise the term Hispanic. What is an Hispanic anyway?)

I would have to hope anyone who tried to take anything from my property would feel it was worth having a .357 magnum shot at them!! My hubby doesn't take well to anyone taking our things without asking!! I do give my meat animals to friends and family in "need" regularly though. Even a person who is starving should have the decency to ask!! Most people are decent enough to share.

That is crazy! Bees!?!? Who in the world would think to steal a beehive? Now, I like honey, but not nearly enough to go take some poor beekeeper's hives... A sad sad thing..
