Predator proof roofing

I know most people on BYC won't agree with me but I would put chicken wire over the top. I have heavy duty netting over my pens but I also have electric wire around the perimeter of all of my pens and coops and have not had any loss due to predators. My wire around the outside of my pens is chicken wire.View attachment 1476602

How difficult is it to install electric wiring?..that would solve most predator problems I have around here

You have such a small pen/run that you wouldn't need much. I use the poly rope wire. It looks like rope but has small wires in it and if you touch it when it's on, you will know it. If you have a TSC they carry the different types of wire, insulators, fence chargers. I have several gates. I run a solid wire under ground but the poly rope wire at the bottom of the gate. I also have concrete under my gates. I have game cameras in different places on my property and most nights I see predators roaming.
