How did you attach this?I attached mine on the outside too. I painted it black so you really can't see it.

Looks like it's under the trimHow did you attach this?
I'll Bet!!That brake came in super handy with all the hardware cloth bending from widows to filling gaps to laying the apron.
No it is LP Smart Panel, basically an OSB material with a nice looking surface treatment. It is wood like so I could screw into it, just not sure I could bend it and my stapler is a stupid upholstery one that uses lighter duty staples. What is a brake? (I mean besides the one I step on to slow my car LOL)Actually I cut it & bent it on the brake & then stapled it on the inside of the trim.

My trim is wood so that worked well, yours looks like vinyl?
Groaning...Looks like it's under the trim![]()
I suppose one could create a 1x2 frame around the edges to be re-screwing into every year so that you could move the screws around once in a while but leave the frame in place. You don't find a need to close windows during the seasons? What if it rains?I placed the HC on the inside -- with washers and screws. I open the window once in the spring and screw it into the sashes. Leave it all summer and then close it once in the fall and screw it in as well. Repeat following year in the same holes. I may regret this in the long run, but it has worked well so far.
Sheet metal brake. What is a brake? (I mean besides the one I step on to slow my car LOL)
Awesome thanks!
