Predators and pests on farms around Dunnellon, FL

Hi I am in the process of buying a 2 acre farm so I can have chickens. It is located around Dunnellon, FL. What sort of predators can I expect to guard against. Is there anyone on this forum from Fl and could help me with this area, Marion County? Thank you
