Racoons are the # 1 predator for me, next are dogs...but I am so totally fenced that no dogs have been able to come near my chickens now. Racoons are the worst...pull heads off and leave just clumps of feathers.

Whatever it is will be back so please keep a watch out!

sorry to hear that, just went thru that this past weekend, thought i had the bases covered as far as safety for my birds, going to put electric fencing up to try an elimanate my problem:
