Yellow green urate

This is “Red”
She had worms in September. I did a round of dewormer for the whole flock then. I did another round of dewormer in December for the whole flock. Last week I did an individual dewormer on her. I also treated her with clotrimazole in case of vent gleet. Today I’ve noticed her bum is yucky again. Her urate in her droppings is now this yellow green. Her comb is starting to turn dark red with a purpleish to it. I took pictures of her next to her sister to hopefully show the comparison in comb color.
I’m trying everything I can think of to save her. I don’t know what else to do.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
I also don’t have hundreds of dollars to take her to a vet. I just don’t want her to suffer if there’s no hope.
I have 24 others in the flock so I don’t know when the last time she laid an egg was.
Two weeks ago, she was still eating treats and in amongst her flock mates. Now she’s not coming for treats and stays to the other side of the chicken yard away from everybody for the most part.
Any thoughts on what I can do? What could be causing this?

I would try giving her Calcium Citrate +D, around 300 mg, whole, once per day for a few days, up to a week. This could be something to do with her reproductive system. The calcium will cause contractions so she can expel whatever is left in there.

The comb changing color could be indicative of stress, heat stress, heart issues, etc. How old is she, and where are you located approximately? Does she seem to have any issues breathing or any other symptoms?

Ok I’ll pick it up tomorrow. Just from a human pharmacy?
I did give her a tums to see if it would help push anything out.

She’ll be 3 this May. We are in western Washington. Not much crazy flux of weather here. I have been putting NutriDrench in the water and giving it to the flock. I also have it in her water now in the kennel.

She seems to have slower breathes than her sister in comparison. Very just slow and sluggish. Earlier when I put her down after getting the pictures she just stood there and closed her eyes like “uh I’m so exhausted” and that’s when I saw her flockmate peck her and I chose to remove her and put her in the sickbay.

The yellow urates can be an indication that she has egg yolk peritonitis, salpingitis, or ascites/water belly. Does her lower belly below the vent feel enlarged, tight, or hard? The comb may indicate heart failure from one of those conditions. You could try to drain some ascites fluid from her abdomen with inserting an 18 gauge needle or sewing needle 1/4 inch below the surface after disinfecting the abdomen.

No she has a soft pliable lower abdomen. No hard masses or anything that I can feel. She is thin though. After I held her sister today it really showed me the difference between the two. I feel so bad for her.
