I understand the concept of putting a 24" buried barrior around the chicken run. However, my coop is 4x8 and sits on a 4x8 slab. Do I need to do something around the areas the the run and coop meet? Or do I need to just put it all around the concrete slab so that can't burrow under the slab? I hope this makes sense. If I need to go around the concrete what is the best way to attach it to the slab?

Well, nothing will be able to get thru the slab into the coop.
Might still want an anti-dig barrier round the run.

Where in this world do you live and what predators are you worried about??

Anaheim calif. Possums, rats mice squirrel. My concern is at the corner where the run meets the slab, if they could tunnel under the corners

Well this is what decided to do at the spot the slab meets the run. I can tie into this with the coop barrior and prevent corner tunneling. Might be over kill but better to over prepair than not have an option latter
