Hey guys! I keep buying the big bag of mealworms from TSC for my duck but my hedgehog shares the mealworms too so they're getting eaten quicker and quicker! I have 2 local TSC stores, both 40 minutes away in opposite directions. I usually only like making the trip to get a large bag of feed and I hate having to go in between for worms. There's no bait stores or any other pet stores near me that sell them. I am super into fish and have been to EVERY pet store within a 100 mile radius within the past 6 months. I would like to buy bulk order of dried mealworms online. I want to buy BULK though because I go through a lot of worms and don't want to need them for a while. Buying random mealworms offline though isn't the safest, most appealing option in my head though so if anyone has any recommendations for mealworms that are healthy or that you trust, recommendations would be awesome! Thanks for the help everyone! (Just to make it clear I feed dried mealworms so they can't hurt the hedgie even tho the duck likes them dried or alive!)
Also what are your duckies favorite snacks? I want to introduce something new to Gil. She's tried greens, mealworms, quack snacks (an all flock snack from TSC), peas and she's trying corn for the first time today! I try to just feed snacks that I can prepare as a healthy treat for all the animals because I own a mini zoo that I bet no one on here even knows about! Maybe I'll make the link to "my flock" a little thread on my private zoo so everyone knows why I am always home with the duck. (cleaning animal pens is a day in, day out, all day kind of thing.) Anyways, thanks for the advice!

Whats a hedgehog like?

Ive heard alot of myths like they stink and poop everywhere

I wantes a parrot but too much money but i love pets!

Nothing like what you've heard! They don't stink at all. I have in the bedroom, 4 tanks, Gilberta, a snake and a hedgehog. The only one not in the room is the ferret because he actually stinks! The hedgehog does poop but unlike ducks, it can be potty trained to use litter box along with the ferret! Hedgehog is very sweet and friendly. Very funny pet. I want a large bird but they are SO expensive so maybe one day! Hedgehog was another expensive one day but hubby got it for me as a present! I love it! The name, is Henry...!
