Yesterday a 3:30 Hunter and Scarlet, Violets first set of kids were born! So exciting!

I had 2 females n 3 males born I lost Elmo n her baby she passed away on the operating table she had to have a section

Thanks we definitely will. Both babies are doing well nursing and being adorable, they doing little happy dances and bouncing off mama. She is a really good mama, every time one makes a noise she turns and starts licking it, its so cute!

I'm so sorry! I don't know what I would have done in that situation. Was it her first kidding? I hope your doing okay.

Thanks for the congratulations! Yeah I was actually counting on one dyeing or there being some kind of complications, but we didn't have to help her or anything so I guess we were really lucky on that one. The worst thing for me, would've been if V passed away, she's my baby.

Ya it was her first kidding n I waiting until she was 1 1/2 bc she was small I even found her a small male but guess u never know what's going to happened just always have a vet ready on call mabie 2 since my first vet couldn't take her in bc she was doing a section on a dog so I had to find a different vet n I will b using her for now on

Well we are having a bit of a tough time finding a vet that works with larger animals. The only close one only takes dogs and cats and a few other small animals. So i was really relieved that she didn't need assistance. At least you found a good vet out of it. I hope you and the other babies are doing OK.
