I don't think breeding her made any difference. See what happens next time.

Quick question, we had bred her that morning and during late afternoon she had passed the stillborn kits, would the breeding still have been effective? Today we tried to re-breed her and she was NOT interested. Sorry for the twenty questions, it’s our first time breeding rabbits and it’s been rather traumatic.

Probably not. Try again in a couple days. Whether or not a rabbit accepts service is not a reliable indication of whether or not she is pregnant.
