Premature chick HELP ASAP

[MiniatureCochin]

one of my broody hens just stepped on one of her eggs and cracked it ( so that the chick was almost completely out). The chick has been pipping, so he was supposed to hatch soon, but he's not completely ''sealed up''.
I've got him in a damp paper towel in my hand so he stays warm & a little wet.
Is there anything else I should do??

What do you mean by not completely sealed up? Do you mean his yolk sac is still haning out?

yeah, just a little yolk/membrane is hanging out...
