Premature chick. Please help!!

how's it doing?

She's absorbed all the yolk, just some dried up stuff hanging from her belly button now.
I also gave her some electrolytes because she lost a lot of blood in the incubator.
She's eating and drinking really well now, just so much smaller than the other chicks and her legs are really thin like toothpicks.
I don't think her eyelids are fully developed either as her eyes are only every half open.
Only thing that gives me hope is how keen she is to live, eat, drink and walk around .

I find it weird this happened, I've never had it happen before and all the other chicks hatched right on time, we had a good hatch too (17/20)
