Premier electric netting: which options??

I want to order the premier electric fencing. I have no idea how to choose all the energizer/battery/gizmo options.

I don't have electricity up there, so battery (or possibly solar?) but even with that info I have no idea what I need. Anyone wanna walk me through it a bit before I call Premier tomorrow?
