So, I've been reading and I'm confused. Everything says store eggs pointy end down, but then says to turn them, which seems to be a 180 degree rotation on their sides...so while I'm collecting them to prepare for incubation do I store them pointy end down and just roll them around a bit 3 x daily?

Store them pointy side down. I store mine in egg cartons. I prop up one end of the carton so that it is at approximately a 45° angle. I switch which end of the carton is elevated 3 times a day.
