they (the neighbors) are in their pool now and my girls keep runnin back to the window reportin that they asked them to swim.

I said not tonight.....at least until midnight.

Hi! I guess the question is... have you told your neighbor any of these things are issues? Or are you just 'making post'.
It's not 'fun', some people don't know a thing is annoying until you tell them it is.
Yes, you are --- no matter who you are, at some point you are going to be annoying to someone. Wouldn't you rather someone brought the annoying behaviour to your attention.
I think there is an opportunity to fix the problem and not just gripe about it.
Then again, some peoples problems can't be fixed.

You are right dipsy... I will have to make conversation about these things if I deem to see improvement in his inability to ask before hand or make certain arrangements to do so and to clean off machinery used and to return things borrowed.

I never admit to not being annoying... ask my mom.

Ok don't pee in his pool thats sooo last year, what you do is get one of those really big tootsie rolls ,warm it up real good in your hands, stretch it out in the shape of *** ( well you get the picture) toss it in his pool tonight , and he'll wake up to a lovely floater in the morning.... I swear I am really not evil
