You just need to get gif animating software. Mine came with a very old version of Paint Shop Pro, but there are free ones you can download online. I can't vouch for any of them, I'm afraid, since I've been using the program I've got for more than a decade now. lol

A quick Google search for "free gif animator" turns up some promising results.
