This is Izalith, my 7 week old golden laced Polish, and she is the goodest snuggliest girl in my flock and likes to sit on my shoulder and nuzzle me with her crest

Here’s my girl GaGa at about 12 weeks. She is a White Crested Black Polish.

This is Cleo and Cosmos. White Crested Blue Polish. They are like two peas in a pod! When they were just a couple weeks old and I would pick one up and the other one would fly at me because it would be so upset! I don’t know what will ever happen if one of them passes away, they are so attached to each other! I have never seen two chickens that attached to each other before!

I need to do that with my Polish! I think it would help them see a lot better, because I like to let mine out and free range, but it always makes me nervous because of all the hawks I have around my house. What do you use to put your hens hair up in pigtails like that?

Just those little clear "ouchless" pony tail holders. There's another pigtail on the back but you can't see in the photo.

They usually last 1- 4 weeks.

Only had them for a short while so I haven’t got many good photos,
Loves being picked up and cuddled but unsure of the gender..

Loves to rule the roost and be the bigger one all the time, likes being cuddled and picked up.
( I know we aren’t meant to have favourites but.. haha )
