PRETTY chicken????

Can someone please tell me what breed of chicken has
a fluffy white afro (eyes still visible),
white sleek body feathers, and
no feathers on the feet?
I saw one at the fle market, but the only thing the seller could tell me was that she got it at an auction w/ other chickens and it was just a couple of months old.

This is one of the prettiest chickens I have ever seen and I sure would like to have one someday.

If you think it's a hybrid, tell me what was bred to achieve this chicken.

Could it have been a White Polish? They do typically have feathers over the eyes, but a young one might not have so many feathers yet. I have several other colors of polish and at their young age they don't have feathers over their eyes just yet.

I will have to post a picture of my little Polish chicks for you to compare it to. Mine are only about a month old, though, and different colors. I have a blue one with a white crest and a black one with a white crest. I'll try to get them posted later.
