Pretty, Nice, Rooster needs a home in the Kansas City area

Hi all! I live within city limits and while we are allowed to have 6 hens we are not allowed to have any Roosters. Well in our last back of chicks we got "Judy" who ended up being "Jimmy" ....Jimmy has become very vocal at sunrise and sunset, but it is only inevitable that our neighbors will start complaining at which time I'm not sure what we will have to do in order to not get fined or have retaliation. Please see photos, I will say he is beautiful, not scared of our 2 - 80lb labs, is very protective of his hens, LOVES treats! He is overall a great roo compared to some I've had in the past and others I've been around. If anyone knows someone that would like him we can arrange a meeting. Please let me know. Thanks!
