It looks like a White Standard Old English Game bird to me. Is it a banty or a standard?

The short legs and tail feathers look like a White Jap to me.

If you could get a picture with the bird standing up that would be great. As he is in the picture (down on his hocks) it is hard to tell leg length..
If I was to guess of a breed he might be by looking at that picture I would say a "hatchery" quality White Leghorn.

By rights they should yes, but I have see some that came from "hatchery quality" birds that have red earlobes..
