Get rid of him, and all but your mellowest, sweetest, most laid-back guy. And buy a few pullets.

You are going to have problems unless you put them in a bachelor pad. Personally, I would put at least three in a bachelor pad, and if the aggressive one doesn't calm down, I'd remove him. If you don't have the means for a bachelor pad, than you will need to rehome at least three of them.
