pretty sure i know, but want to verify.. is my brahma a rooster or hen?

So i have been wondering if my brahma "girl" is actually a boy. Then this morning i heard my brahma crow please help me know for sure. We cant have roosters in the city so we will have to rehome him asap. Thanks.

How old? It looks like there are male saddle feathers on this one, so I'm going to say it's a cockerel.

With that coloring and comb, it's a dark Brahma cockerel. Pullets look very different with uniform lacing and penciling all over.

That is what i thought, but wanted to double check before finding him a new home since my 3.5 year olds helped raise him for the past 3 months and are attached to him
