Good evening! I have a 5 week old Columbian Wyandotte named Maxine. I actually hope Maxine is a Maxwell, strangely enough. Supposed to have been a sexed pullet. What do you think? Thanks!

Honesty, I'm more concerned that it's not a boy. I want Maxine to be a Maxwell. But, God is in control.
I don't see obvious boy. @NanaKat might be willing to weigh in. She breeds them.

Yes, I raise Columbian Wyandotte. The juvenile cockerels are very slow getting their tail feathers to grow out. The pullets get tail feathers before the cockerels.

Maxine has a lovely head, comb, nice round tipped feathers on her cape, saddle and tail. Her nice yellow legs and feet look bigger only in the last photo. I see a possible spur button on the lower shank...but some pullets have them.

Zoom in close to the cocks in the photos...you can see clearly the points on the male feathering on cape, saddle and tail feathers. Pullet and hen feathering have round tips.
