Prevalence of Marek's in the PNW?

Hi, all. Does anyone know the prevalence of Marek's in the Pacific Northwest, and especially, Portland, OR?

And what are the rates of new infections, regionally, per year? Any chicken epidemiologists out there?
Just wondering how paranoid I need to be...
