Preventive meds?

So, i KNOW i have raccoons frequenting my chicken run, and i know they carry diseases like coccidiosis. Is there anything I should give the chickens as a preventative? KEeping them out is going to be a losing battle.

You have to keep them out or you will not have chickens.

Like I said, its a losing battle. I can do all that, but they will crawl over the fence, chew the netting and into the pen, even though the chickens are not in there at night. The chickens are in the coop closed up. My concern is something carrying something into the pen. Im more concerned with diseases. These arent pets, they are livestock. I already lost two birds. One to a hawk and one to a raccoon that made it into the coop 30 mins before i closed them up for the night.
