Effective way to prevent worms/tapeworms?

That outbreak happened through 2023 it seems like it's gone now, I have neighbors close by with flocks too they don't have any issues don't think it's Newcastle

I found out about PT-Alpine working so well years ago from my sister, who raises thousands of turkeys commercially—it's what they use in their turkey barns, even the poult barns. Thus, could you contact a large commercially run poultry place like that there and ask them how they control flies?

I'm sorry, but I don't know anything about products outside of the U.S.

And I'm so, so sorry for those chickens dying. :hugs

I'd put them all on vitamins in their water or, however, you can boost their immune systems there. We use Poultry Cell or Nutra-Drench and probiotics. Adult chickens don't usually succumb to coccidiosis, but it's not unheard of either. They'll need probiotics anyway when you're done with the Tylosin.
I opened up one of the dead chicks (a fluffy friendly brahma : ( so sad it's gone) i didn't find any worms it seems like Praziquantel did the job for worms and I'm dealing with something else now, i contacted a vet he said its a intestine infection (the intestine had red vines on it) and their poop is green and another vet said it's due to the damage done by worms anyhow the first vet gave me meds which he wouldn't disclose what they're just said it's to treat the infection, I'm struggling with vets every vet says different thing and all I can do is try.

On the bright side i let them loose today and they were eating grass like crazy, only couple of them seem lethargic but still eating and drinking so hopefully these meds help

The damage from worms can cause them to have secondary infections, so if antibiotics were given, hopefully that will help with that.
For help in preventing food on the ground, you can use plastic gridded light covers, image below for example, get or build a shallow tray (just a depth adequate for catching the feed) for the grids to lay in and place them under feeders. It will catch what they spill, and you can either discard if it's wet or nasty, or you can salvage and put back in feeders if it's done often and clean/dry enough. The grids are easy to clean off with a hose and brush and light weight. You could also do it with hardware cloth, but a little more involved to build so that it's above the tray a bit, and a little harder to clean. The wire is also a little harder on their feet than the plastic. Hope that makes sense.

My flock is collapsing and nothing is working, vets playing a guessing game, I've spent a lot on meds too I think I'm gonna leave it, focus on my quails be and start over with chickens later on...sadly

List of meds given so far:

Praziquantel (for the tapeworms, segments were visible in poop and worms in intestines after doing a necropsy)

Tylotrel (Tylosin + bromhexine+ enrofloxacin) Given to treat the mild respiratory symptoms which some of chicks has (snoring/choking on mucous, sneezing, gasping, watery eyes) note that they didn't have all these symptoms together but each chick had one or two of these and it didn't work, it didn't treat the symptoms

Anti toxin and fungal

Vitamins supplemental

Toltrazuril for coccidia prevention (not recently but around 45 days ago) vet is saying give it again starting tomorrow

They're currently on Some meds that the vet wouldn't disclose what it is just says it's to treat the intestine infection they got and said to mix toltrazuril with it tomorrow

Here's pics of the meds mentioned above

It's a total mess and I'm beyond frustrated and just wanna start over but I can't cull them nor sell them so I'm just stuck

My flock still dying, I get 1-2 dying every day or so and many look like about to die I've lost hope but I decided to open one up and I found this thing I have no idea what it is, it was right under the Liver, never seen such thing any idea what this is? (It's egg size)

Current symptoms: Respiratory, sneezing, gasping, snoring, some of them don't have any respiratory symptoms but they get paralyzed slowly, when I call for feed they drag themselves to eat but it's as it something pinning them down

I checked the gizzard and it's not Newcastle
No worms in the intestines
Liver looks fine
Heart looks fine

Couldn't see anything abnormal other than this thing in the pictures

I've treated for coccidia using toltrazuril and I treated for tapeworms,.it can't be these 2 anymore i don't see any worms no more but I can't figure what this is so i can get them a proper medicine, I got 2 vets to come over and they're clueless, I'm on my own and all I got is this website to seek help, any help is appreciated

I don't know what's the cause of that, but I believe that's her kidneys.

@Eggcessive or @azygous maybe knows as well as who you tagged too.

I now wish I'd done a necropsy on the two 2-month old chicks I am sure had kidney damage from too much calcium. They didn't have respiratory issues, but the nerves to their legs run through the damaged kidneys and caused the paralysis and tremors.

My guess is the round shaped organ is the spleen which looks necrotic. In this video, you can scroll through to 34 minutes mark, and find a spleen which sits under the liver:

If that isn't the spleen, I've no idea what organ it is. A quick search leaves many options for causes. Mycoplasma, Newcastles disease, Marek's disease, lymphoid leukosis (usually birds are 14 weeks or older), pullorum disease, paratyphoid, etc. Also found one that said cadmium exposure in the environment is toxic to the spleen. Since the spleen is part of the immune system, important in filtering the blood, it could be just about anything.
