Gelay went to the river too

Haku remained awake. She was laying down, staring out at the fields infront of her. The cold night air rippled across the grass. A cricket began to chirp. Her amber eyes glowed. Suddenly, she saw a dark figure slowly move towards her. She growled. It cackled. Haku sent a flame whizzing past its ear, and she saw that it was a hyena. A loner, she guessed. "Stay away if you don't want to get hurt," she said quietly between a growl.

Sarabi stood and climbed a tree. She loved being in trees at night. She saw the hyena and smiled to herself. She was proud of her pride.
