Looking at the two lions she glumly passed them by... she felt their unease.. she felt like crying.. why could she not be happy. why did midnight not pick her. why would no lion join her so she could make a pride..Guard saw her. Hs ears flicked. He knew what she was going to ask, and wished he could, but he couldn't.
Leo shrugged. "I don't know. I don't really eat meat that often, mostly bones," he said. "I think antelope would be a little easier to hunt," he added, looking down at his skinny body.
she nodded not even looking at him. she kept her head held high.. she would not show them her pain...Guard spoke up. "I'd come, but I can't. I am not my own lion, I am only part of another" he said sadly.
" I did not say easy Leo." Gin giggled and spotted the bison.. Without trying to hide her self she spotted her target and charged. Focusing on it she roared..Stunning it, she forced emotions of agony upon it.. Calmly while the bisons started fleeing gin said " do you want to finish it or me."
Smiling Gin padded back to Leo. gathering up enough emotion she through it at the stunned beast. " I understand you pain, you can let go." gin's words were soft and caring.. the creature shuddered a few times as its heart slowed and then finally ceased to beat... "hungry?" gin said calling her mom with her power.. she then went over to her kill and ate."You can," Leo said. "I'll be here to back you up," he added, crouching in the grass.
