Hello! This may be a silly question but I’m not an experienced painter. The previous owners of our home left this and I saw where someone said they used only Kilz to paint the interior of their coop so I’m wondering if I could just use this and call it good? Would it clean well? Thank you!

Your primer is just fine. You do have to understand the purpose of primer. It is made to dry fast, seal the surface, and provide a rough, VS smooth/gloss surface for your finish paint coat to adhere to well.
Reason I stated all this is your question,,,, Would it clean well?
It all depends how clean you expect things to be. If you needed things to be clean "like new" then a GLOSS finish would be a choice, as it would wipe easier than a flat type surface. That is why peeps use gloss paint (or semi-gloss) on their kitchen wall, because easier to wash clean.
I think for your coop, the primer will do a satisfactory job. In not very long time,, your coop will get soiled, and it will not bother you. Welcome to chicken keeping. It is a chicken coop, and not your living room where you entertain guests.
WISHING YOU BEST,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, and :welcome
