Prismacolor pencils-- what is your experience with them?

Knowing how pricey they were, I was trying to avoid buying a lot. But it turns out, now I don't have enough colors. Oh, well... I know that I like them, so I'll go back for more.

I love them! Here's a picture I did with prismacolors (outlined in sharpie). The camera sorta washed out some of the colors.

Somethings I found I couldn't live without when it came to prismacolors - blending markers/pencils. They are like magic. They help blend the colors together, as well as work it into the paper to where the white will not show through. Gives it a more solid, almost printed look. Some pictures I've seen done with prismas, look like they were either painted or done on the computer

Flawless and very life-like. I don't have quite that amount of skill yet, LOL
