Hi! I have these canada goslings and I give a few Tylan 50 for infections. I read somewhere that I need to give them a probiotic as well so he won't get kidney problems. If so, what probiotic? Thanks!

Bird probiotics or human. Antibiotics kill good and bad bacteria in the gut so giving a probiotic helps get back the good bacteria. What kind of infection?
Bird probiotic. Some have swollen feet, which I already fixed. This one has a puss ball on his belly and feet area. I have treated birds with puss balls with Tylan 50 and it seemed to have worked.
this is a picture of it

Are these your birds? I’d def wash that area where puss is oozing! Then use something like triple antibiotic on it? Any idea what caused the swollen feet and the abscess?
Yes I washed it a little bit since he lets me let him. Sounds they're wild I assume they just get into things but they are very tame. I don't have a triple antibiotic I don't think is there anything else I can use?

If there is an abscess (pus ball) it should be lanced and drained. Antibiotics won’t penetrate it very well. Rinse out with betadine solution diluted with water. Open and flush daily so it will heal from the inside out. Hot compresses can also help. Make a bowl of the hottest wAter you can put your hand in, soak a wash cloth in it for the compress and keep rewarding as needed for a couple minutes 2 or 3 times a day.

I hope I can get to him like that, even though I can pet him he is still wild. I'll definitely try
